Ochanowaは、豊かな自然に囲まれ、お茶づくりの文化を有する神奈川県愛川町から、地球にやさしい日本茶づくりを実現し、日々の生活をより豊かにする茶習慣を創出するプロジェクトです。 

「お茶をたのしむこと」は愛すべき日々の習慣です。和む、輪がる、環る。茶の葉が風と共に舞い、水が大地を潤すように。自然の恵みに感謝し、地球にやさしい習慣を築いていきます。 

Ochanowa is a project to deliver earth-friendly Japanese tea and way and customs that enrich daily life from Aikawa-cho, Aiko-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture, which is surrounded by rich nature and has a rich tea-making culture. Having tea is a beloved daily custom. It is harmonious, connected, and expansive.

Just as tea leaves dance with the wind and water moistens the earth. We are grateful for nature's bounty building a custom that is kind to the earth.

Ochanowaが大切にする「3つの『わ』」　

Ochanowa value of three 'Wa'

  • 和む(なごむ)・じぶんにやさしいこと。ニュートラルな自分にもどる時間を大切にする茶習慣。お茶の穏やかな香りと味わいを楽しむ淹れ方などについてお伝えしていきます。またお茶を飲む時間を通して誰かと過ごすことで得られるリラックスタイムも大切にします。

    "和む (nagomu)" is to feel at ease or to be gentle with oneself.

    We will guide how to brew sencha to savor its gentle aroma and flavor. 

  • 輪がる(ひろがる)・互いにやさしい社会をつくること。長く歴史ある一帯の茶畑を大切にし、サスティナブルに配慮した安心で安全なお茶づくりに取り組みます。日本の田舎を守り、この地域資源である茶園とその風景を末永く続く形として地域のモデルとなる農業を行います。

    "輪がる (hirogaru)" is to create a society where people are kind to each other. 

    We produce safe and secure Japanese tea with sustainability in mind.

  • 環る(めぐる)・地球にやさしいこと。有機JAS認証取得やグローバルGAP取得を計画しています。地球環境に配慮した世界基準の農業を実践することで世界中に日本茶の素晴らしさを発信していきます。

    "環る (meguru)" is to be environmentally friendly or to be kind to the Earth.

    We plan to obtain organic JAS certification and Global GAP certification and will spread the excellence of Japanese tea worldwide.
